New York State Compliance Fulfillment
American Background can assist clients fulfill their obligations under New York State Article 23-A correction law relating to the employment of persons with one or more criminal convictions. Upon completion of the employment screen, American Background will send a copy of Article 23-A to candidates that have a criminal conviction on behalf of clients. For clients who prefer to manage the process themselves, American Background will send a daily alert outlining the screens which include a criminal conviction so action can be taken by the client.
