American Background Information Services Inc., a leading provider of employment screening services that enhance the safety, security and efficiency of the workplace, has announced that it has been awarded a contract to screen the Industrial Safety Training Council’s (ISTC) subscriber company employees.
ISTC is a not-for-profit training and education organization that provides health, safety, environmental, emergency services training and security services, including employment background screening, to the petrochemical and refining industry of Southeast Texas. ISTC currently has a subscriber base of approximately 1,100 subscriber contract companies and serves over 4,000 companies, who are now able to benefit from American Background Information Services more than twenty years experience in the background screening industry.
The employment screening services to be provided by American Background Information Services will follow the Safety Council Security Consortium’s (SCSC) Background Check Graded (BCG) Business and Reciprocity Protocols and include comprehensive screening packages tailored to meet the needs of ISTC’s member companies.
